With the Entytle & Microsoft Teams integration, you can leverage the benefits of Entytle without the hassles of navigating between different platforms to get the information you're looking for.

Prerequisites to use the Entytle bot:

Q: How do I log in?
A: Using your Entytle Credentials.
(If you still can't login, its likely that your company hasn't requested us to enabled your company for the Microsoft Teams integration. reach out to your Customer Success Manager with queries around how to get your company enabled.)

Q: Can I log in using SSO?
A: Not yet. We are currently not supporting login with SSO. We are working on getting you this feature as early as possible.



Install the Entytle bot:

Once the bot has been installed, The bot sends you a welcome note, presenting you with the Sign In Option.

You can sign in with your Entytle Credentials. (Note: SSO is currently not supported.)

In case you've entered incorrect credentials, don't worry. You can try to login again.

Once you have authenticated yourself and have logged in successfully, the Entytle bot acknowledges you, and tells you what it can do for you.

Using the Bot command:

You now have a powerful command with you, "Entytle Find".

Search Your Installed Base for Locations, Accounts, Opportunities, Equipment, and Pipeline with the Entytle Find Command.

Want to see more details on the results?

Click the option and you will be presented with more details about your selection.

Don't find what you're looking for within the results of your search?

Narrow down the criteria and filter what you searched for according to your need by using these options: Location/Account , Equipment, Opportunity. You will be see results presented only based on your chosen filter.

Using the Bot within a Team [Coming Soon]:

You can use the powerful command "Entytle Find" even within a Team conversation to collaborate with your colleagues.

Invoke the Entytle bot with the command and then authenticate yourself to start using the bot to enhance your group conversations.
